How We Score Slot Casinos
The Slot Score is a 0–100 grade derived purely from slot-relevant signals — no sportsbook, live casino, or affiliate weighting.
The 7 Weighted Signals
| Signal | Weight | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Slot Providers | 35% | Number of slot software brands integrated (capped at 12 for normalization). |
| Slot Promos | 25% | Slot-tagged promotional offers (capped at 6 for normalization). |
| Free Spins | 15% | Whether free spins promos are confirmed available. |
| Mobile App | 10% | Android or iOS native app present. |
| 24/7 Live Chat | 5% | Live chat support available around the clock. |
| Recency | 5% | How recently the casino was scraped — decays linearly over 90 days. |
| License | 5% | Operator holds a stated gaming license. |
Grade Tiers
- S (80+): Sensei Pick — top tier for slot players
- A (65–79): Highly Rated — strong all-rounder
- B (50–64): Solid — consider if their lineup matches your style
- C (35–49): Limited — stronger options exist
- D (under 35): Avoid for dedicated slot play
Data Source
All casino data is sourced from live scrapes maintained in our public obsidian vault. Each brand is re-scraped periodically; the date appears on every review page. We extract slot-relevant signals only — promotions are filtered by keyword (free spin, reload, rebate, tournament, slot, etc.), and providers are matched against our canonical 45-brand directory.
What We Don't Score
- Sportsbook depth, live casino, fishing games, 4D/lottery
- Affiliate commission rates
- Customer testimonials (we link to AskGamblers for those)
Updates
Scores re-compute on every build. To suggest a data correction, open an issue on the source vault — we re-scrape weekly.
